To the attention of foreigners visiting Belarus

FROM JUNE 25, 2020 the special measures such as mandatory self-isolation for 14 days for those who arrive in Belarus from the Netherlands lifted.

Please be advised about specific measures taken from March 27, 2020 by the Government of the Republic of Belarus to contain and manage the further spread of the global pandemic COVID-19, such as mandatory self-isolation for 14 days for all nationals arriving in Belarus from countries where coronavirus cases where reported. Foreigners will not be allowed to leave Belarus until the self-isolation period is over.

 The restriction does not apply to the following categories of persons:

 staff and their families members of Diplomatic and Consular Representations in the Republic of Belarus;

 non-resident staff and their families members of Diplomatic and Consular missions accredited to Belarus;

 staff and their families members of International Organisations located in Belarus and Representatives of International Organisations accredited to Belarus;

 heads and Members of the Official Delegations;

 transit foreign passengers who travel via Belarus to another third country to return home;

interstate drivers employed in the transportation of goods;

aircraft, water transport, train  crews.
