How to Pay Consular Fees

Consular fees for any consular services are to be payed prior to the visit to the Consular Service via direct bank transfer to the bank account of the Embassy.

Cash, bank cards, credit cards or pin cards, bank cheques are not accepted as payment.

Consular services cannot be provided prior to payment of consular fees and the completion of the transfer.

Procedure for refund of excessively payed consular fees:

Refunds of consular fees are carried out based on an application with original signature of the applicant.

The application should contain the following information:

To: Consular Service of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Kingdom of the Netherlands

From: applicant's name and other details

The text of the application should indicate time and purpose of payment of the consular fee, reasons for return, bank account number of the applicant and other information necessary for the bank transfer. Please attach to the application a copy of confirmation of the payment of the consular fee.
