Bilateral agreements

Currently, the following bilateral agreements are signed between Belarus and the Netherlands and came into effect :

Agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the Kingdom of the Netherlands on air service (in force since 11.01.1995);

Agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the Kingdom of the Netherlands on international road transport (in force since 01.11.1995);

Agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the Kingdom of the Netherlands on encouragement and reciprocal protection of investments (in force since 01.08.1996);

Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with Respect to Taxes on Income (in force since 31.12.1997);

Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on the conditions of recuperation of minor citizens of the Republic of Belarus in the Kingdom of the Netherlands (in force since 25.04.2009);

Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands on co-operation and mutual administrative assistance in customs matters, signed in Minsk on 12 June, 2018, entered into force on the 1 June, 2019.
