Dear visitors of the Consular Section of the Embassy!
Temporary suspension of consular services
The consular service of the Embassy will be temporarily closed from September 19, 2022 until November 2022. Visa applications will not be accepted starting from September 13, 2022.
No personal reception of visitors nor phone consultations will be carried out within this period. The resumption of work will be announced additionally.
We kindly ask those who have appointments within the indicated period to contact the Embassy in November 2022 to reschedule their visits to a later date.

Working hours
Consular Service is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (except Wednesday) from 9.30 to 12.00 by appointment after receiving confirmation. To get an appointment please e-mail us: nl.consul@mfa.gov.by or call the Consular Service: +31703028031 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 14.00 to 17.00.
The entry to the premises of the Embassy is allowed only with face masks and gloves.

Consular consultations by phone +31 70 302 80 31 are carried out from 14.00 to 17.00 on weekdays. Please pay attention that there is no “busy” signal when calling Embassy's telephone line.
