Working hours

Consular Service is open on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (except Wednesday) from 9.30 to 12.00 by appointment after receiving confirmation. To get an appointment please e-mail us: nl.consul@mfa.gov.by or call the Consular Service: +31703028031 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 14.00 to 16.00.

Consular consultations by phone +31 70 302 80 31 are carried out from 14.00 to 16.00 on weekdays. Please pay attention that there is no “busy” signal when calling Embassy's telephone line.

Please send inquiries on consular issues to the Consular Service by e-mail: nl.consul@mfa.gov.by. The Embassy reserves the right not to respond to the inquiries if the relevant information can be found on the Embassy's website in the relevant sections.
