On the education of foreign citizens at the expense of grants in the academic year 2024/2025
02.08.2023We inform you that until 20 February 2024, applications for studying of foreign citizens at the expense of grants in educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus in the academic year 2024/2025 are open.
Education is provided in the Russian language.
Foreign citizens who receive education in the Republic of Belarus at the expense of grants are:
- awarded a scholarship;
- paid scholarship supplements for success in studies, scientific and social work, as well as material assistance (if necessary);
- provided with accommodation in a dormitory for the period of study (the cost of accommodation is set on the same terms as for citizens of Belarus).
Payment of expenses for travelling of foreign citizens to the place of study and back, their accommodation, meals, medical insurance, visa and registration is made at the expense of foreign citizens' own funds.
Foreign citizens may undergo Russian language training at the state educational institution “Republican Institute of Higher School” in full-time, part-time (distance) forms, as well as certification testing with the issuance of an appropriate document confirming proficiency in the Russian language for its subsequent submission during participation in the selection procedure.
