On the education of foreign citizens at the expense of grants in the academic year 2024/2025

We would like to inform you that applications for foreign citizens to study at the expense of grants in educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus in the academic year 2025/2026 are open.

Training is carried out in the Russian language.

Foreign citizens who receive education in the Republic of Belarus at the expense of grants are awarded a scholarship, paid a supplement to the scholarship for excellence in studies, scientific and social work, and provided with accommodation in a hostel for the period of study.

Payment of travel expenses of foreign citizens to the place of study and back, their accommodation, meals, medical insurance, visa and registration is made at the expense of foreign citizens' own funds. Foreign citizens may undergo Russian language training at the state educational institution ‘Republican Institute of Higher School’ in full-time, part-time (distance) forms, as well as certification testing with the issuance of an appropriate document confirming proficiency in the Russian language for its subsequent submission during participation in the selection procedure.
